Hi Ankit, All of the models that you have mentioned are placed in the entry-level market.  Among the four, I can suggest you to go for Nikon D5200 -  Nikon D5200 (AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II) It has a higher camera resolution of 24.7MP, highest ISO rating of 25600, has a bigger APS-C CMOS sensor meaning it will be able to take in more light thereby helping in the output of better pictures under suitable conditions. It has 39 auto-focus points out of which 9 are cross-type sensors. Has a faster continuous shooting speed of 5fps as compared to 4fps and runs on the Expeed 3 processor. It's video recording capabilities include shooting capabilities at 1080 60/50i. Has a articulated LCD and supports wireless connectivity with the Nikon WU-1a Wi-Fi unit. It however does not come with touchscreen features unlike the EOS 700D.
