Confused Which Mac To Buy Pro Or Air

asked

I am looking to replace my windows laptop to a mac. I have identified two models that sit within my budget. Those are MacBook Air MD760HN/B vs Apple MacBook Pro MD101HN/A. Can't decide. Can you help?

asked

The processor is the brains of the computer .I say “often” because if the rest of your computer’s parts are slow, then the processor still has to wait on those other parts to get things done, regardless of how fast it is considering other hardware parts go for MD760HN/B

asked

Apple MacBook Air MD760HN/B (Ci5/ 4GB/ 128GB/ Mac OS X Mavericks)

Laptop Or Macbook Pro.....please SUGGEST...Urgentttt...!!!!!

MY PRIORITIES 1) i basically watch a lot of full hd movies 2) and i do some project related work of my engg final year (mechanical) and i use softwares like autocadd, pro-e, catia, solidedge etc and other modelling and design related softwares but macbook air has only 11inch screen and a 128gb ssd storage These are my main two priorities.... does the macbook air/pro good enough for my priorities.... also i have heard that you can even install windows OS in macbook and can have dual boot option ( OS X/ windows 8) i am even ready to shell out an extra 10-15k more (my intial budget was 70k ) if a macbook pro is worth it... also please explain me how the macbook pro fares against the likes of Dell Inspiron 15/ Lenovo Ideapad Y510 and HP envy Touchsmart 15-j133tx in real world keeping the specs aside... finally should i buy the macbook pro or the dell/ lenovo / hp model mentioned above.... please suggest also i very much like the idea of owning a macbook pro....and a little bit inclined towards it also but i am apprehensive of its limited features.... thanks in advance

Both the device are really nice and the main thing will depened upon your budegt range. Depends on what apps you use. It's entirely possible to have a lot of apps in MacBook Air open at the same time, as it can have up to 8 GB of RAM. The device is also best if you are among the one who travels a lots. But its for sure that Pro is more powerful than mcbook Air: The extra power of the MacBook Pro is one of the main reasons to buy it over the Air. This is especially true now that none of the Pro models have an optical drive, which was the other reason to buy one before. All base versions of the MacBook Air feature a dual-core Intel i5 1.4GHz processor, with a Turbo mode clock speed of up to 2.7GHz. If you’re willing to spend an extra money, you can get a dual-core i7 CPU. These are relatively efficient CPUs designed to promote battery life just as much as performance. The Pro models all offer higher clock speeds, with the base model using a dual-core 2.4GHz Intel Core i5 CPU. So for high performance Pro is best and I will suggest if you have had a dream for pro go for it..
