Hello, I am looking for a gaming laptop around 85k with preferably GTX960m or above. I have narrowed down to these three. 1.Y50 70 59 445565 ( i7-4710HQ / 4 GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M) 2.MSI GP62 6QE Leopard Pro ( i7-6700HQ / 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M) 3.Lenovo IdeaPad Y50-70 20378 (i7-4710HQ / 4 GB Nvidia GeForce GTX960) While the score for MSI is more and has 6th gen i7 and GTX950m 2GB, Y50-70 has better GPU GTX960m 4GB but 4th gen i7. What would be a better choice??(for gaming purposes) Feel free to suggest any better laptops around similar price group. Thanks.
Hi you have narrowed it down to the best laptops in this price range already. there isn't really much of a choice if its gaming performance is your focus the Lenovo Y50 70 59 445565 (Ci7/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Win10 Home/ 4GB Graphic) is your best choice processor is 4th gen yes but performance wise for gaming 4th gen i7 HQ is plenty you wouldn't notice much of a difference but the GPU will give considerable performance boost. main drawback would be the sub par screen on the lenovo laptop compared to the MSI. MSI 950M gpu is also quite weak for the price range. So i'd suggest going for Dell Inspiron 15 7559 (Ci5/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Win10 Home/ 4GB Graphic) instead it comes with 6th gen core i5 HQ cpu which in performance is on par with i7 HQ 4th if not slightly better. but it comes with a much better full HD LED screen and also 4GB DDR 5 GTX 960M card making it a much better over all laptop at lower price point leaving room to SSD or ram upgrades. if the price can be extended then you can get same model with 6th gen core i7 HQ cpu with rest of the specs same. Dell Inspiron 15 7559 (Ci7/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Win10 Home/ 4GB Graphic)
