It is tough to cater too the dual SIM dual Active part, but for the rest, you can buy OnePlus One 64GB  . It is too soon to confirm as of now, but sony yesterday launched Sony Xperia C4 Dual  in India. The handset should fulfil all your requirements. It will be available in mid-june. we will test it when it is available

Hi Anitha, With such specifications, I would recommend you to go for Moto G 1st generation. It has got a screen size of 4.5 Inches along with HD resolution. Apart from that it is available in two version, i.e. 8GB and 16GB. So you can buy any of these version on the basis of the number of application you would like to install.
