Hi  There are no 6 inch devices with 4GB ram. you only option in your budget is   And in all honesty on a 1080p phone anything past 2GB u will not really notice any difference with more RAM. More Ram doesn't increase the device performance in anyway only the speed of the RAM does and its only used to keep more apps running in the back ground.

Yureka is best out of above in performance but it having unexpected heating and sensor problem also some bug occured after lolypop update....all related to software that may be solved by update.
