As Per Retailers There Are Two Types In The LED
As per retailers there are two types in the LED TV's. One type is "LIQUIDE"as per my memory. But Sir, which is another one & which is better in performance, durability etc. please guide me which one can I preffer.
Hi Prabhakar, There're two types of LED's basically - Edge-lit and back-lit Edge-lit televisions are thin in design and structure. They have LEDs on the sides of the model. However, due to this feature, the light uniformity is not that efficient and it's common in LED tvs where some parts of the screen are brighter than others.Back-lit LEDs, as the name suggests have LEDs behind the screen, directly facing the user. As such light uniformity is consistent, thereby resulting in a clearer image. At the end of the day, it's a question that the user needs to ask themselves. As to what preferences they are looking for while buying a TV. If he/she would like to prefer something which is fancy, energy efficient and slim in design ( in this case edge-lit LEDs) or to go for something which provides a slightly better viewing experience than an edge-lit model but heavier on the design side(bulkier).
Sir,Thanks for your detail information. But I am in confusion how to recognise which is Edge-lit & which is back-lit. According to seller on moving finger etc. on the tv screen appears lines little time it's
